0.104 Released: Code is Just S3E4 unlock

Latest version has been released.

- Performance is better

- Camera starts in the correct position

- Inventory is beginning to take shape. You can pick up objects, and they will appear in your inventory. If your inventory is displayed, using the left and right arrow keys will move the selection. As soon as you move the player, the inventory is dismissed

- A new unlockable has been added, the code will be revealed in tonight's Episode 4 of Code is Just

The inventory doesn't hide itself properly or reveal itself fully on some resolutions. I'll sort that.
