0.103 Code is Just S3E3 Unlock version live

Today's build is live, containing the unlock code for tonight's episode 3 from season 3 of Code is Just, the long-running Twitter thread.
- Some minor changes apart from the unlock:
- Camera now follows a bit more smoothly. I'm still experimenting with this
- Player colour is now white
- Title screen now scales and crops properly on ultra wide monitors
- The issue with the Mac version not working for many people has been fixed (I'm using butler for uploads)
